I would have to say,

Sorry, having been in arena with my casters, rangers are extremely overpowering in their interrupts: incendiary arrows, distracting shot, savage shot, whatever, etc, etc, etc. They can spam these.
Making one more interrupt that much more powerful? Resounding NO (imho).

No.
As it is a single interrupt ranger could interrupt for approx 10minutes + if used correctly, they don't need anymore interruption, certainly not more instant interruption, you gotta be kiddin me..

I totally a agree with those last two posts.
Can't tell you the number of times my casters have be pwnd and pwnd and pwnd by a single ranger spamming his shots at me. Indeed, a dedicated ranger often makes it impossible for me to cast ONE SINGLE SPELL throughout the battle!
What disturbs me most is, while I cycle through my skill sets I will always end up waiting for something to recharge. Not so, for the rangers. Once a rangers cycles through his/her interrupts, the first one is ready to go again and the cycle starts all over again w/o interruption or pause.
This really should be addressed:
Rangers need to be seriously nerfed in this regard. While there is a counter build to everything, a player should have the hope that they could still overpower their nemisis and win by smart play, good skill sets and basic gaming skill. Because the ranger is so overpowered in this regard, any noob can shutdown a skillful player (unless that player is experienced enough to know where to hide or run) and come away with a swollen ego!
Take away a distraction or two from rangers, I say.. OR... make the skill recharge time so long as to make it impossible to chain the skill set together.

Fortunately all you need to stop an interrupting ranger is a combination of smart play, good skill sets, and basic skill.

How can a player who doesn't know when and where to hide or run be meaningfully considered skillful? Running a good interrupter takes quite a bit of skill (some time playing various caster types helps, too, to get a better gut understanding of what to interrupt and when). If you're constantly getting pwned by interrupt rangers, try running one to get a better idea of what their weak points are.

While we're at it, let's nerf an ele's nukes and a monk's healing.

Rangers have six interrupts. Distracting Shot and Savage Shot and single-attack interrupts, Punishing Shot is the same, but Elite. Concussion Shot falls partially into this catagory, except the 25 energy cost, even with Expertise, still prevents it from being a real Interrupt, but well-timed Dazing can be better. Incendiary Arrows lasts for eight seconds, which means you may get three or four shots with it. Choking Gas only interrupts Spells, and both IA and CG can be interrupted when preparing.
Two of those are Elite, so you can only use one of those at a time. Two of those are Preparations, so you can only use one at a time. So that means that you have four interrupts to choose from, but one costs around half of a Ranger's maximum energy, and you have to factor in the fact that Punishing Shot, Concussion Shot, Savage Shot, and Distracting Shot are all based on Bow Attacks, which means you can dodge them, you can block them, you can strafe away, and it takes the cast time (.5 second for them) plus the flight time before you are interrupted. This means that unless they just spam them, by the time they see your Healing Touch and fire a Distracting Shot, it is too late.

actually spoofer that would be a good reason to *not* use power shot. when i go ranger the only 2 skills which shoot at normal speed would be double shot/debil shot. other than that theyre those super fast distracts and non bow attacks
